Purchase Notice:

*Please note that not all connectors on the vehicle's original plugs need to be connected. You only need to connect the plugs that are suitable for your vehicle. Once connected, simply power on the device to check if it is functioning properly. If any function is not working correctly, please feel free to contact us.

*After installation, this device does not support synchronizing the original car's IMID screen information by default.

*Support factory steering wheel control.

1)Dashboard A, B, C, and D: Three "phone buttons" cannot work,but other SWC buttons can work without problem.(Please refer to our advertisement for more details.)
2)Dashboard E: Steering wheel buttons will be fully supported.

*Support factory reverse camera.

*Dashboard A or B:the factory reverse camera will still display on the IMID screen and not on the Joying head unit. If you want it to display on the Joying head unit, you can rewire the original car's cable by yourself or install JOYING AR camera.

*Dashboard C, D, or E, this device supports the factory reverse camera.

*Factory USB support:

1)Dashboard A, B, C, and D: Factory USB not supported.
2)Dashboard E: By default, one factory USB adapter is included. If you want both factory USB ports to work, please contact us to request two factory USB adapters.

Dashboard E： does not support factory HDMI port.

*Support factory right view camera.

*Support factory amplifier and Subwoofer.

Please note that the JOYING radios included in options A, B, C,D and E in the picture are the same. The only difference lies in the wiring harnesses included in the package. This is because this vehicle models have different factory plugs. The image shows a photo of the factory player's back with the plugs disconnected—it is not the back of the JOYING radio.

To ensure plug-and-play compatibility, please select the correct option based on your car dashboard or factory plug. This will ensure you receive the appropriate wiring harness.

If you receive an incorrect wiring harness due to an error, please do not open a dispute or request a refund immediately. Instead, contact us (the seller) first so we can resolve the issue for you.

FAQ

Does the price include customs duty fee?

No, it does not include customs duty fee, buyers need to pay by himself. If you are from Europe, you can buy from our Europe warehouse to avoid customs duty fee. Because we have paid customs duty fee from China to Europe, so the Europe warehouse price is higher than China. Hope you could understand.

How long is the shipping time?

If ship by DHL, it usually arrives within 1 week after ship out. If ship by EMS, usually takes about 10-15 days to arrive after ship out.

About shipping

1. If there is import customs duty fee, buyers need to pay for it. If you have special request, please leave message for us. 2. If you choose ship by DHL,some city will be a remote area for the DHL post company, you need to pay extra 30usd for the remote area fee. 3. All orders will be sent within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment (except weekend and festival).

Warranty and Return

All our items are tested 5 times to ensure working properly before shipping, and come with a 24 months Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual. If the product has problem, we can replace new one within one month, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one month, repair for free, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one year, repair for free, buyers need to pay double way shipping fee.
