-WHY WE NEED IT
When plastic is melted with moisture inside, the water molecules turn to steam and create popping noises, and visible gaps or bubbles during the printing process.
Fig.1 3D printing filament absorbs moisture in the air, and the content of internal water molecules increases;
Fig.2 After heating, the connection between water molecules and polymer chains are broken, the internal water molecules will move to the surface of the filaments:
Fig.3 The hot air can heat the 3D printing filament more uniformly and accelerate the evaporation of water molecules;
Fig.4 After drying, the water molecule content of the 3D printing filament is significantly reduced, and ready for the best printing experience.

Fire retardant material

The core components of our machine are made of VO flame retardant materials. Built-in temperature protection switch is also included, automatic tripping over temperature. This will make machine even safer.

Real-time humidity monitoring

Independent humidity detector,digital display. The measuring range is from 10%to 99%. At the time when CYCLOPES is working, the humidity inside the box can drop to as low as 10%.

Memory setting parameters

The parameters set last time can be automatically memorized, and will not be affected by power failure

Unique appearance design

Our machine is designed with a sense of technology, using the visible top cover and a matte black base to let the user is able to clearly understand the current remaining material status.

8 Bearings sets filament rack

Our machine uses 8 bearings to carry filaments, the movement of the filaments is smoother and the printing is steady.

Drying & printing same time.

Our machine is able to achieve drying while printing. A total of 8 holes are set on the shell to make multi-directional outlets possible which in order to satisfy the use of various types of printer or multiple printers use at the same time.

Our machine has a large inside space, Can use 4 rolls of 0.5kg filaments/2 rolls of 1kg filaments/1 roll of 3kg filament at the same time, Suitable for multiformat filaments which including 1.75mm/2.85mm/3mm

2. Excellent drying effect

In the filament dryer, we use a 110W PTC heater to heat up space which is rare and inimitable in the market. As we know, most of the filament dryers are using a 48W PI heating pad to heat up space that cannot dry evenly. However, the same problem won't occur in Cyclopes because of our PTC heater technology. PTC heater is also known as durable, energy-saver, and environmentally friendly.

3.Adjustable heating temperature

The drying temperature can be set and the operation process is simple. The temperature can be set in a wider range, up to 70°C.

Hot air heating makes drying more efficient; the unique air duct design makes Our machine conform to the principle of air thermodynamics, and the filament is heated more evenly.
