HOW TOUSE AND MAINTENACE NOTES:
Clean the engineand replace the filter. Check the turbocharger. Check ifthe new turbocharger model matches the engine and no obstaclesshould be felt when turn the turbocharger byhand.
Check whether thecompressor inlet line and Front engine exhaust pipe of the turbineget debris in, in order to prevent debris from breaking theimpeller.
Check thesupercharger inlet and return line. The oil pipeline OfSupercharger need be clean, The inlet or return tubing can notbe twistedor blocked.
Pre-lubricatesupercharger. The supercharger is mounted on the engine and Firstlyadd the clean oil to the supercharger and turn the rotor by hand until thesupercharger bearing is filled with lubricating oil, and thenconnect it to the tubing. Trial running. Start the dieselengine, 3 ~ 4s the supercharger inlet line must show oil pressure,avoid the supercharger bearing system being damaged due tolack of lubricating oil.
During the engineoperation, the oil pressure should be between 196 ~ 392kPa. Duringidle operation, the oil pressure should not be less than 70kPa.
The turbine exhaustback pressure and air filter pressure drop shall not exceed4.9kPa.And the air filter need avoid moisture.
